Christopher Oakley works primarily in oil on canvas. His subjects range from portraits and nudes to landscapes and cityscapes. Among works Christopher has been commissioned to create are a series of California scenes (poppy fields, the Golden Gate Bridge, redwood forests, etc.), a dramatic Moroccan desert oasis, and a turn-of-the-20th-century vision of New York City’s Grand Army Plaza in a snowstorm.
